18 Weeks
18 WeeksWe've finally made it to the halfway mark and I'm still doing good. I had said I was going to wear my regular clothes as long as possible, which I still could if I didn't have this rather large belly, but I broke down and bought maternity pants. My clothes fit everywhere but around my waist of course, and the pressure of tight pants around your waist is not comfortable.
Baby B is the size of a sweet potatoe..5.6 inches approx! And it's also time to take a peek and find out what we are having. Boy or Girl? Wed. May 11th is the offical appointment and the days up to it couldn't drag on any longer. I was worried cause all the books say on your 20-22 week check up is when you can find out and our monthly appt falls on the 18th week but Dr. Johannson says after the 16th week it is clearly visible if the baby is in a good position so you can actually see if it's a boy or girl and we will have no problems...He's an old pro I hear so I'm not worried!
